Large Lodge settled on 3 acres w/ a beautiful Stream Running through the woods. This Lodge is perfect for a relaxing mountain vacation. Large enough for the whole family to spread out & have fun. Snuggle up by the fireplace, enjoy a game of pool, head outside, relax in the hot tub, or go fishing! This place has got something for everyone. It’s right off Rt. 40. Minutes from Nemacolin, Ohiopyle, Fort Necessity & plenty of restaurants nearby. 3beds 2 baths (2 queen 1 full) 1 sleeper sofa.
Guests have access to the entire house. There is an old cabin/shed on the property that is private. No guests permitted in the cabin/shed.
Guests are able to access the house, stream and hot tub.

The best way to get around this area is by car. We recommend that you have winter tires during the winter months. We try our best to plow and shovel before a guest arrives but it is not guaranteed. This driveway has a slight slope to it. Be prepared during winter months. There is no public transportation in this area.
One bath towel per guest is provided. We do not provide towels for the hot tub. It might be a good idea to bring a few of your own to ensure your comfort. Washer and Dryer are free to use.
We do not provide firewood, please bring your own.
Fireplace is not permitted for use as insurance does not permit it in guest rentals.
There is a propane grill on the deck. If you plan to do a lot of grilling it might be a good idea to check the propane before preparing the meal. If the propane should happen to run out, please let me know as soon as possible. You can also purchase propane tanks just a few miles away the is a Dollar General and a Gas station that sell propane tanks.
Please be respectful and keep clean after yourselves. We expect the home to be fairly clean at check out. If it requires additional time to clean (over 4 hours) due to an excessive mess you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.
Please report to me any dissatisfaction with the home immediately upon your check in.
No smoking in the house. Put cigarettes butts in garbage. Do not throw butts in the yard.
No loud parties permitted at the house. If you are too loud and the neighbors complain we will stop by to check on things. Again we live near by. Quite hours are 12 pm till 7am.
SERVICE PETS must be registered just like a guest would be. We require you to let us know at the time of booking if are bringing one.
Power Outages
There will be no discounts or refunds for a power outage. These things are out of our control.
Natural Disasters
There will be no refund if a guests stay is cut short due to a natural disaster. These things are out of our control.
Wildlife
The house sets in a wooded area. There will be no refunds if your stay is interrupted by wildlife. This includes raccoons, squirrels, mice or snakes.

Please keep all children in sight near hot tub.
1. The Hot Tub is to be covered when not in use. You must put the cover on carefully. If you damage the Hot Tub or cover you will be charged $200 for the damages.
2. No glass bottles, cigarettes or food near or in the Hot Tub.
3. If something spills into the hot tub or you get it dirty fir whatever reason and the water turns unpleasant please notify us as soon as possible.
4. We cannot guarantee the hot tub will not be damaged by previous guests or an issue may arise with the hot tub during your stay. We do not charge our guests to use the hot tub, therefore no refund is issued if the hot tub is out of order during your stay.
Please park in the driveway and not on the grass.
Please take shoes off when entering the home.
Please put dirty linens in the laundry room. If fecal matter or vomit ends up in linens or anywhere in the house you MUST clean that up yourselves. We provide laundry detergent so there is no excuse. If you want us to clean up vomit or fecal matter an additional $400 cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning spray is under the kitchen sink.
Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle prior to checkout. Dish detergent is under the kitchen sink. You must wash dirty pots and pans yourselves. Soap and sponge are provided. We will take care of putting dishes away.
If you have used the fire pit please clean up the area. All trash must be thrown away and make sure the fire is out.
If you have used the grill please clean up any mess made from cooking in it. Scrape any food that is stuck on the grates off and be sure the propane has been turned off.
Please inquire with us if a late check out is possible. If you are late checking out without a pre approved late check out, you will be charged $200 an hour unless pre authorized for a late check out. We have a tight time frame to flip the house for the next renters to be ready to come in.
Finally turn off lights and turn down heat to 55 degrees or turn off air conditioners at check out. Make sure cover is on the hot tub and temp is at 98 degrees. Please notify me when you have checked out via Airbnb messages.
